McDonald’s has reintroduced Quarter Pounders to its menu after tests confirmed no E. coli in their beef patties, linked to an outbreak that sickened 75 and killed one. Raw slivered onions, suspected as the contamination source, have been removed from the burgers and supplier Taylor Farms has issued an onion recall.
