In Nagaland, civic body polls resumed after 20 years with 20% turnout in the first two hours. Voting, under tight security, started at 7:30 am and will continue till 4 pm across 214 wards. This historic election includes 33% women's reservation in three municipalities and 22 town councils. Over 2.23 lakh voters, including 1,13,521 women, are deciding among 523 candidates from 11 parties.
