On the second day of the 18th Lok Sabha session, Rahul Gandhi, Akhilesh Yadav, and other prominent MPs took oath. Gandhi and others, including DMK's Kanimozhi and BJP's Hema Malini, displayed their commitment with pocket Constitutions. Notably absent were Shashi Tharoor and Shatrughan Sinha. Gandhi's oath from Raebareli was observed by Sonia Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra from the gallery.
