India’s coal production rises 14% in June

In June, India's coal production surged by 14.49% to 84.63 million tonnes compared to the same period last year, with Coal India Ltd (CIL) contributing 63.10 million tonnes, an 8.87% increase. Coal dispatches reached 85.76 million tonnes, up 10.15%, while coal stocks held by companies rose sharply to 95.02 million tonnes, indicating a robust annual growth of 41.68%.
